Celebrate Christmas 2026 at The Exchange Glasgow Events & Weddings

Welcome to The Exchange.

Occupying the upper floors of an iconic A-listed blonde sandstone building in Royal Exchange Square, The Exchange is Glasgow’s newest multi-function event space.

Exclusivity. Versatility. Luxury.

With four rooms, three private bars, one hidden outdoor terrace, and an unparalleled view over Royal Exchange Square and The Gallery of Modern Art, we can host events from 60-350 people.

Our venue is designed to be truly versatile. Depending on your event requirements, you can use the entirety of The Exchange or individual rooms.

Each space has a timeless design: clean, cool, and modern. Think of us as your blank canvas: a luxuriously finished neutral backdrop that you can dress to represent your company in inimitable style.

Seamless Event Support.

We take events as seriously as you do. From your initial enquiry until the last guest leaves, our expert colleagues strive to deliver outstanding customer service.

Your dedicated in-house event planner will be on hand throughout the planning process to help with the logistics, considering every detail to ensure your gathering is one to remember. On the day you will be supported by our experienced colleagues, who will deliver first-class personal service to every guest.

Whether you want to go all out with a conference or lavish awards dinner, launch a new product range or celebrate your successes with a more intimate gathering, we will work tirelessly to turn your vision into a reality.

State-of-the-Art Technology.

When you choose The Exchange for your corporate event, you have access to our full suite of cutting-edge audio-visual equipment throughout the day.

With high-speed Wi-Fi, projectors, drop-down screens, roaming microphones and more, you can create breakout spaces, host panels, and create a truly multi-functional event space to meet your needs.

Food to Savour.

Of course, working tirelessly behind the scenes is our team of chefs, offering a range of catering options to delight every tastebud.

We believe that Scottish produce is the greatest in the world – and we want to protect the environment that gives us such great bounty. Our menus have been created with sustainability at the forefront, showcasing local and seasonal ingredients with creativity and flair.

From a filling breakfast in the morning to a decadent sit-down meal in the evening– not to mention home-baked sweet treats in between – we will provide the delicious food your guests need to keep the ideas flowing and energy levels high.
