New Year’s Eve

• Arrive on New Year's Eve and enjoy a fabulous afternoon tea served in one of our beautiful lounges. Relax into your room before dressing for the black-tie celebrations
• The evening commences with a cocktail and canapé reception with a traditional piper heralding you through to your six-course Gala dinner* Dance the night away to our live band in the Cathedral Room
• Toast the New Year with a glass of Champagne & a fantastic firework display from our South Terrace

New Year’s Day

• After the previous night’s revelry, enjoy a leisurely brunch before exploring the castle and estate on our traditional Treasure Hunt
• Choose from a variety of activities; take part in our golf tournament or join our guided walk to our Deer Park and North Bovey
• Enjoy a savoury & sweet afternoon tea served in the Cathedral Room, whilst listening to our wonderful harpist
• Be entertained by ferret racing and a ‘nearest the pin’ golf competition on the South Terrace
• The evening offers a Cocktail reception followed by a New Year’s Day five-course celebration dinner, accompanied by our resident pianist

2nd January

• Savour a full English breakfast before embarking on your journey home
