There will be table-side entertainment provided by a magician and a special surprise from Santa himself.

Party hats and crackers for everyone and a present for each child under the age of 11 years.

- Rich French onion soup, sage and Gruyere croutes
- Venison and beef shin terrine, glazed fig, homemade focaccia
- Smoked salmon, cream cheese, dill and lemon parcel, citrus mayo, wild rocket
- Mediterranean roast peppers with olives and goats cheese
Main
- Pan fried monkfish tail, crispy pancetta, white wine and lemon velouté
- Beetroot wellington, crepe, spinach and duxelles, wrapped in vegan puff pastry with a vegetable and herb jus
- Classic beef wellington red wine and redcurrant jus
- Roast turkey breast, rolled in smoked bacon and cooked to perfection with a rich turkey gravy

- Mango and passionfruit mousse, white chocolate and coconut topping
- Traditional Christmas pudding, brandy soak fruits, brandy sauce

The Royal Victoria is not only the oldest and most prestigious hotel in Sheffield, but at times it was the only hotel in the city.

Our History began when the hotel, built of red brick and Pennine stone and erected by Chadwick & Sons of Mosborough, was officially opened on 28th July 1862 by the Sheffield Hotel Company.
