The Ski Lodge is open from 12th November to 31st December
The Ski Lodge is for exclusive hire or for hotel residents only. We unfortunately cannot take reservations for individual guests unless you are a hotel resident. Public walk-ins may be available on the day but are subject to availability.
It is available for private hire with two sessions available:
- Daytime slot: 12pm to 5pm
- Evening slot: 6pm to 10pm
The Ultimate Ski Lodge Package (Reception Style) - £140 per person
- Exclusive use of The Ski Lodge (outdoor) & The Large Conservatory (adjacent indoor space) throughout the duration of your event - add The Leopard Bar Terrace if final numbers are 100+
- Arrival glass of mulled wine, spiced cider or a festive punch (0% alcohol)
- 10-item festive inspired floating buffet, featuring a selection of meat, fish, vegetarian, and dessert options (vegan, gluten-free and special dietary options available)
- Three-hour unlimited hotel selection of white, rosé and red wine, bottled beer and soft drinks (0% alcohol & gluten-free beer options available)
- Festive background music in The Ski Lodge & Large Conservatory

Bratwurst & Pretzel Package (Reception Style) - £60 per person
This package is available exclusively for the first two weeks of November
