Children:
A special Children’s package of £460.00 per child for 3 - 12 year olds when sharing a room with 2 adults (arriving 23rd, departing 27th December), with children aged 13-16 at £555.00 on the same basis. Young adults aged 17+ are charged at the adult price. This includes breakfast, lunch, light afternoon tea, dinner, a soft drink before meals, Boxing Day pantomime ticket, Christmas party entertainment, and gift. A children’s menu is offered at lunch and dinner in the Garden Room Restaurant.

23rd December
Begin your stay with a light afternoon tea, accompanied by the elegant sounds of Shelley van Loen and the Palm Court Strings. Later, enjoy a glass of Champagne in the company of our management team. In the evening, a welcome dinner will be served in the Garden Room, followed by lively entertainment from the toe-tapping Simon Goodwin Band. Younger guests can enjoy their own fun in the games room throughout the stay.

Christmas Eve
Savour the season with a guided tasting led by our Cellar Master, featuring the finest sparkling wines from Sussex. If you’re finishing up your Christmas shopping, our Concierge team will be happy to arrange transportation for a stress-free experience. Return to the hotel and enjoy the flavours of Northern Europe with a Scandinavian themed Buffet Luncheon in the Garden Room, perfectly paired with a glass of Champagne or Sherry. In the afternoon, gather in the Lounges for light tea and some friendly competition during our Family General Knowledge Quiz. The winning team will receive a luxurious Fortnum & Mason hamper, delivered to their doorstep after Christmas. As evening draws in, join us in The Great Hall for a heart-warming carol performance by the St Mary’s Choir, followed by Champagne and canapés to toast the festive spirit. Conclude your day with an elegant three course Christmas Eve Dinner in the Garden Room, accompanied by live music from the Co-stars Band, the perfect prelude to Christmas Day.

Christmas Day
After a leisurely Christmas day breakfast having opened your gift from Father Christmas, take a short walk along to the Bandstand where Christmas morning music will be delighting the crowd. Sip on a glass of Champagne before a delightful Christmas Day Buffet Luncheon. Relax in the lounges where homemade sandwiches and Christmas cake will be served, while our pianist ‘tinkles the ivories’. We’ll also be tuning in for the King’s Christmas Day speech. To wrap up the perfect Christmas Day, enjoy a glass of Champagne in the Drawing Room followed by a traditional four-course Christmas Dinner in the Garden Room before finishing the night with music from the popular Simon Goodwin Band. This is a black-tie event.

Boxing Day
After breakfast, embrace the fresh sea air with a brisk 10-minute stroll to the Bandstand for the uplifting Boxing Day morning concert or, for the truly brave, why not take a traditional dip in the sea? Return to the warmth of the hotel and enjoy a glass of Champagne before indulging in our Best of British Buffet Luncheon served in the Garden Room. Families are invited to enjoy the festive fun of The New Adventures of Peter Pan pantomime at the nearby Devonshire Park Theatre, where children’s tickets are already reserved. Additional adult tickets can be purchased separately. Throughout the day, take advantage of our family friendly activities including snooker, table tennis, board games, or even a visit to Eastbourne’s fantastic Ice Rink, advance booking is recommended. For those seeking a slower pace, relax in the Lounges with a light afternoon tea, or indulge in a little post-Christmas pampering with a pre-booked treatment at the Health Club. As evening arrives, begin the celebrations with Champagne and canapés, before enjoying a splendid Gala Dinner in the Garden Room. Then, head to the Chatsworth Lounge for an evening of live music and dancing with the Co-Stars Band. This is a black-tie event.

Departure Day
Following a hearty breakfast in the Garden Room, we bid you a fond farewell. Alternatively, stay another night or two, you are very welcome to extend your visit.
