After indulging in a delightful 2-course meal, the night comes alive with a fabulous disco, where all are invited to dance the night away until midnight. These unforgettable evenings promise joy and celebration!

- Salmon En Croute Fillet of salmon wrapped in baby spinach and golden puff pastry, served with roast potatoes, braised red cabbage, honey-roasted carrots and a white wine cream sauce
- Roasted Vegetable Tart Served with beetroot purée, herb-roasted baby potatoes, wilted greens and roasted carrots
