The Cognac of Napoleon Courvoisier Masterclass at The Roseate, Reading

Join us at Cerise as you are being taken through the history of Courvoisier We are delighted to present a masterclass with Courvoisier, one of the finest cognac houses in the world. Courvoisier is almost exclusively comprised of Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Fin Bois and Borderies, only the very finest crus harvested from the restricted regions in which cognac can legally be made. The grapes are plucked late in the summer and distilled 24 hours a day from November to March in traditional and unusually small 25 hectolitre alembic stills. The eaux-de-vies are aged in handcrafted French oak barrels for a minimum of two and a half years.
