Most famous of all is the world-renowned Shakespeare’s Birthplace, the home of William Shakespeare, so take a trip back in time when stepping into this family home of his, followed by a wintery walk along the magnificent River Avon. Historic Warwick is right a short drive away whilst Warwick Castle has many festive events to enjoy, from medieval banquets to winter crusades and falconry displays.
