STARTERS
- Treacle cured salmon with lemongrass and ginger dressing salad
- Chicken and pistachio terrine with a whole grain mustard and tarragon dressing, pickled onion and sour dough croutes
- Caramelised parsnip and coconut soup with walnut granola

MAIN
- Traditional roast turkey, sage stuffing, bread sauce, roast potatoes, gravy, pigs in blanket and winter vegetables
- Braised Old Spot pork belly glazed with honey and soy, with a creamy herb mash, fine French beans served with a tomato and chilli jam
- Lemon and dill poached salmon served with buttered baby potatoes, roasted chantenay carrots, wilted greens and topped with a dill and lemon flavoured butter
- Vegetable Wellington with root vegetables, mushrooms, spinach and jus (v)
- Large pumpkin ravioli with sage butter and huge shards of parmesan

PUDDING

MAIN
- Beef fillet with shallot and horseradish confit, celeriac puree, roasted shallots, fondant potato and a Bordeaux sauce
- Seared turbot and shrimp with wild mushrooms, roasted baby fennel and crispy potatoes with a shellfish bisque
- Roasted duck breast and confit of duck leg, with a goats cheese crumb on a salad of fregola and blackberries accompanied by a red wine Jus
- Whole roasted Heritage onion squash stuffed with quinoa, wild mushrooms and roasted beetroot topped with goats curd
