- Duck liver parfait with red onion marmalade
- Canteloupe and galia melon rose on a watermelon slice with macerated berries

- Poached salmon supreme with chargrilled pak choi and oyster butter sauce
- Roast breast and leg of turkey, chestnut stuffing, chipolata in bacon And a cranberry tartlet
- Slow braised blade of beef with a bourguignonne garnish
- Wild mushroom risotto with parmesan crisp and wilted rocket
- Roast potatoes, minted new potatoes, honey glazed parsnips, buttered carrots and brussel sprouts

£25 non-refundable deposit per person in order to secure the booking. Full, pre-payment and menu choices will be required 3 weeks prior to the event, which will then become non-refundable. Payments are required from one transaction by the party organiser.
