Each December a new theme takes over the entire venue. We know what makes a great party; an exciting environment; great food, drink and service; stunning entertainment that keeps everyone dancing in good spirits.

The Theme
Festive Christmas themes come with Disco, an original menu from our Chef's choice, video, sound and bespoke table centres.

Music and Entertainment
Our staff engage your guests right through from the drinks reception to the last dance, ensuring everyone is involved in the fun.  Every Christmas party at The Holiday Inn Reading-West includes a DJ.

Food and Drink
You and your guests are in for a treat when it comes to food and drink, as our masterful chefs will concoct a menu unlike any you’ll have ever seen at a work Christmas party. New dishes are designed every year to fit with the theme, intended to surprise and delight your guests.

Packages
We can host parties from 35 to 100 guests, and packages are all-inclusive. That leaves you free to plan your event without having to worry about bringing all the elements together or hidden costs piling up.
