<p>The cinema has eight screens  all with stadium seating. It boasts wall-to-wall, ceiling to floor huge  screens. The latest digital projectors will be installed in selected  auditoriums and Dolby Digital Surround Sound will be available in all screens  to provide guests with the ultimate picture and sound quality. Digital 3D has  also been installed offering a truly immersive movie experience where selected  films are brought to life.</p><p>Vue Merthyr lies in the  centre of Merthyr Tydfil and can be reached via the A470 from the south, or the  A465 from the north. It's a five minute walk from the train station and the  main bus station. Coming in on the A470 from Cardiff - Follow signs for Merthyr  Tydfil on the A470. Continue through pontypridd, and on to the abercynon  roundabout. Continue straight on at this roundabout and continue to head for  Merthyr Tydfil. At the next roundabout (signposted Pentrebach Abergavenny),  continue straight on to next roundabout. At this roundabout, turn right  (signposted town centre) the cinema is located 200 yards from this roundabout  (opposite T-Mobile). Coming in from the A465 Swansea - Follow A465 to Merthyr  Tydfil. At the Junction of A465 and A470 take the 3rd turn off and follow the  road straight ahead, you will come to the retail park roundabout, take the 2nd  turn off and again follow the road straight until the next roundabout, Take the  1st turn off (Signposted town centre). The Cinema is located 200 yards on the  right from this roundabout (Opposite T-Mobile).
