Gala Dinner is served 7:30pm

Arrive to a glass of Champagne and Canapes served in the Grand Lounge. You will then be served an exquisite meal with fine wines in our Ballroom.

There will be a table side entertainment during the meal performed by a magician. Our DJ will kick start the proceedings after dinner to build up the excitement of the New Year. Our traditional Scottish piper will pipe in the New Year and the resident DJ will finish the night on a high.

£115 per person, inclusive of a glass of wine per course

Starter:
- Leek and cheddar rarebit tart on a bed of leek puree and topped with watercress
Fish Course:
- Lobster and crab thermidor with a Gruyere topping

- Garlic marinated grilled butternut squash served on wilted chard and finished with basil oil

- Shin of beef tortellini served with a beef bone broth

- Roast chestnut and sage, tortellini with a vegetable broth

Mains:
- Dou of lamb – char grilled garlic infused lamb cutlet, rosemary lamb rump finished with a red wine reduction

- Wild mushroom, spinach and shallot fritter with a black truffle sauce

- Plaice fillet stuffed with scallop and tarragon mousse, grilled scallops and a white wine fish sauce
All mains are served with potato dauphinoise, tender stem broccoli and thyme roasted parsnip
