7pm Arrival in Grand Lounge
7:30pm Gala dinner is served

Arrive to a glass of Champagne and canapes served in the Grand Lounge followed by a live performance by Stephanie Hill.

You will then be served an exquisite meal with fine wines in our Ballroom.

There will be table side entertainment during the meal performed by a magician. Our DJ will kick start the proceedings after dinner to build up the excitement of the New Year. Our traditional Scottish piper will pipe in the New Year, and the resident DJ will finish the night on a high.
