Availability And Capacity

The Studio Tour will be dressed for Christmas from Saturday 16th November 2019. Key weekday and weekend dates available throughout November and December for events from 200 to 1000 guests.

Experience

Guests will arrive into the Studio Tour Lobby before moving through into the magnificent Great Hall for an initial reception. Guests will then depart the Great Hall and take the tour marvelling at the sets whilst enjoying bowl food and further drinks, with the opportunity to enjoy a famous Butterbeer! Guests will then move through the final stage before returning to the Studio Tour Lobby for dancing with multiple bars available.

Suggested Itinerary

• 5.30pm: Transport on standby (if required) from local hotels and/or Watford Junction rail stations by specially branded Harry Potter bus
• 6.00pm: Arrival into Studio Tour Lobby for arrival reception and nibbles
• 6.30pm: Exclusive entry to Studio Tour. Every 10 – 12mins
• 7.00 – 9.30pm: Festive bowl food and drinks package to be served throughout the Studio Tour with guests enjoying the entertainment provided
• 9.30 – 10.00pm: Guests arrive at Gringotts Wizarding Bank for DJ, Dancing and further drinks
• Midnight: All depart and close
