Availability And Capacity
The Studio Tour will be dressed for Christmas from Saturday 16th November 2019. Key weekday and weekend dates available throughout November and December for events from 120 - 240 guests.
Experience
Guests are invited to arrive into the Studio Tour Lobby for a drinks reception before moving through to the magnificent Great Hall for dinner. This truly magnificent event space is able to accommodate up to 240 guests on round tables. Guests will then depart the Great Hall and take the tour marvelling at the sets whilst enjoying dessert bowl food and drinks, with the opportunity to enjoy a famous Butterbeer! Guests will then move through the final stage before returning to the Studio Tour Lobby for dancing with multiple bars available.
Suggested Itinerary
• 5.30pm: Transport on standby (if required) from local hotels and/or Watford Junction rail stations by specially branded Harry Potter bus
• 6.00pm: Arrival into Studio Tour Lobby for arrival reception and nibbles
• 6.30pm: Exclusive entry to Studio Tour. Every 10 – 12mins
• 7.00 – 8.45pm: Dinner served within the Great Hall with entertainment provided
• 8.45 - 10.15pm: Guests depart Great Hall and enter remainder of the Studio Tour with festive dessert bowl food and drinks served among the sets as seen in the Harry Potter film series
• 10.15 – 11.00pm: Guests arrive at Gringotts Wizarding Bank for DJ, Dancing and further drinks
• Midnight: All depart and close
